I have made this about 5-6 times now and my family and I love this recipe!!! It's so easy and delicious. I use ritz crackers instead of the bread crumbs. Top with spaghetti sauce or on the side for dipping.... doesn't get any easier!!! Thank you for this recipe!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2008
Best pot roast ever!! I went by the advice of some previous viewers and just left the veggies out. Cooked 4 hrs on low and High for another 4. It was perfect! The soup makes great gravy for mashed potatoes! Left overs were used for BBQ sandwiches the next day!

Hot Bruschetta Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2008
Talk about a delicious, easy and fabulous looking dish! I made this for a Sex and the City party and it was a huge hit! I bought a round bread loaf and cut the center out to insert the cheese. Wrapped in foil and baked in the oven for 20 min at 325. While that is heating up make the tomato mixture. When the bread and cheese is done spoon the tomato mixture on top and pop into the microwave for 1-2 min! Words cant describe! I served with ritz crackers and carlic toast chips. The Ritz crackers were easier to manage. Thank you so much for this recipe!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2008
Tons of flavor! Very very good. I read from a previous post that the she mashed the potatoes a little and added instant potatoes to thicken it a bit. Be careful when doing this cuz I added too much and it was still good but felt like I was eating a bowl of mashed potatoes. Will definately make again!!

Bechamel Chicken Pasta

What a great recipe!Wonderful flavors!I felt like I was eating in a restaurant! The only thing I would change is to make either less noodles or more sauce. The noodles really soak it up.I also used 5 chicken breasts per another users suggestion. This was really very good!

Mamaw's Southern Buttermilk Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2013
i don't think I'll bake these next time. I was careful to drain on paper towels and suck out as much of the grease from frying before putting in the oven but they still ended up sitting in a little grease once fully cooked and the bottom was a little mushy.

Grilled Chicken with Peach Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2013
I cook these in a skillet as one user suggested. Cook the chicken then add the sauce and let simmer until the sauce is nice and thick. I also add 2 minced up jalapenos seeded to the peach sauce for a little kick. I have made this 3 times so far and my family just LOVES it!
