Creamy Italian Dressing I

I used fat free mayo to cut back on the calories. I followed the recipe exactly, let it sit in the fridge for a few hours. I tasted it and thought it was good, but a tiny bit bland. I added another splash of red wine vinegar, and a bit more Italian seasoning. Perfect. I look forward to using this on a pasta salad.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

These were just okay. I followed the recipe exactly. The cookies rolled easily and were easy to cut and work with. They just ended up kind of dry and bland. Very dense and a little bit crumbly. They worked fine for frosting cookies, but the taste was nothing amazing. I think pre-made sugar cookie dough tastes better.

Sugar Cookie Icing

It tasted fine, but wasn't easy to use. The icing ended up very thick, I had to thin it out a lot to get it to a usable consistency. Even then, I don't see how people could "paint" with it. I was still gloppy and messy, even after adding a LOT of extra liquid.

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

I used peaches and strawberries. It was good, but I won't use peaches again. Something about the texture didn't seem right. Plus, the edges burned too fast while the center stayed too gooey.

Chow Mein Noodle Casserole
