Simple Country Ribs

I love these ribs! Best I ever made. You can change it up with diferent spices, maybe some apple cider vinegar if you like, but it's good as is. And tonight, I used this method with some frozen chicken tenderloins. Delicious! Thanks for the recipe.

Garlic Red Potatoes

These were wonderful. Easy and delicious. You can adjust the amount of garlic and the "doneness" as you like it. I made them as a side item for Easter dinner today and I'll definitely make them again. Thanks.

White Chocolate Gorp

We love this recipe. It's a staple at our Christmas gatherings and we call it "Reindeer Chow" I also use less white chocolate that called for here.
