Burgundy Pork Tenderloin
You cannot find a more delicious, "idiot proof" recipe on this entire site. Have made many times and there are rarely any leftovers. Great with mashed potatoes, rice, and risotto. Usually have either string beans, broccoli or asparagus with this. Awesome recipe!

My first attempt at making jambalaya and it was delicious! Simple, straight forward recipe that can be adjusted to your family's taste and what you have on hand. I didn't use the file powder, cooked my rice separately, used kielbasa instead of andouille, added shrimp the last 10 minutes and put a bottle of hot sauce on the table for those who wanted the extra heat. Thanks for a great recipe! Will certainly be making again.

Blueberry Buckle
Delicious! I added a tsp. of vanilla, used butter for shortening (personal preference) and brown sugar in place of the white for the topping. The cake was finished in less than 24 hours!
