Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder

This is the best chowder ever! My husband just raved about it!! I did not use the green chiles. Mainly because I did not have any. I did not skimp on anything. I used full fat everything!! This is definitely a keeper.

Cornbread Salad I

This is a hit at any party. Instead of making the dressing, I just used bottled Ranch Dressing. I also tossed everying together instead of layering it.

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

Instead of broiling, I baked it at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, turning it every 15 minutes. It is awesome!

New Year's Day Black-Eyed Peas

Instead of water I used beef broth. I put in some fried bacon and some cubed ham and I cooked all of this in my slow cooker on high for 4 hrs.

Classic Tossed Salad

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! I have taken this salad to so many parties and it is always a big hit. There is never any left!! I have made this exactly the way the recipe reads except for I use all romaine lettuce and Paul Newman's Italian Dressing.
