This is a great recipe for using left over ham after a holiday meal. I suggest using 6 eggs and one cup of milk if you like 'eggier' quiche. I also added some diced green pepper to the ham, cheese, and onion mix, and used southwest stlye shredded hash browns which gave just the right amount of kick. Can't screw this one up!

This recipe is excellent. It reminds me of 'Chicken Tortilla' soup I have had in restaurants. It is so easy to prepare, smells great while cooking, and tastes amazing. If you like spice, I would recommend using hot chili beans, and tomatoes with spicy green chilis. Overall very tasty! I will make this again and again. I did not service with chips or sour cream to save on the calories, and it was still fantastic!

This recipe came out great. I would definitely suggest baking the popcorn on a cookie sheet covered with foil, in a 200 degree oven for approximately 20 minutes to crisp it up a bit. Otherwise it is extremely gooey. Also, I made two batches for a crowd and had better luck on my second batch where I used one bag of popcorn for the amount of sauce the recipe says should be used for 2 bags. I think it was much easier to coat and came out yummier with twice the sauce. Also, I added slightly more peanut butter for the second batch, but I am a peanut butter lover. This recipe would be great to add salted peanuts to.

I made these cookies last night and they were delicious if you follow the recipe alone. However, if you add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1/2 cup of crushed heath bars to the dough, they are fabulous and merit 4.5 stars. This is a perfect recipe to add your favorite cookie extras to.

This was not what I was hoping for. I used the combination of velveeta and cheddar called for, and the sauce was much too grainy and bland for my expectations. I would possibly try the basic recipe again, but try using a milder cheese than cheddar as other reviewers have suggested. I did use skim milk, which may have caused the sauce to be less creamy and smooth, in addition to the cheddar cheese. I will keep looking for a great mac n' cheese recipe.

I like the bacon and eggs with the spinach. However, I felt the dressing was lacking the sweetness necessary to offset the salt and was too greasy. I would definitely not cut the sugar ( I used 3 Tbsp and found this not to be enough). I think this will be better with a sweet poppyseed dressing and the adddition of some fresh mushrooms.
