Beef Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2007
I made this exactly to the directions and its good but I needed to add a little more salt and It doesn't need to be in the oven for more that 10-15 minutes. The cheese came out burnt after 15 minutes in the oven but it still tasted great and I will be making it again

Blueberry Loaf Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2012
Not a huge blueberry fan but hubby is. We went blueberry picking one day and picked 4lbs. I though WTH am I going to do with all these BB's. I made this! And I loved it! So did the hubs. He said best BB bread/cake he's ever had. I made exactly as written. Also I made 2 one in a glass pan and one in stone. After one hour the glass was still a little undercooked but the stone was not. I have 2 in the oven right now for neighbors who threatened to break in and steal after seeing a pic I posted on FB :)

Easter Brunch Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2013
Good recipe! My husband loves breakfast casseroles. I made some modifications. First I used turkey sausage (trying not to give hubs a heart attack) :) I didn't drain the bacon grease but did drain after I cooked up the onion mix. I used 12 eggs and added milk, added 1 16oz bag of shredded hash browns to the eggs after I beat them. After meat and veggies were cool and drained I put that in the bottom of my dish and poured the egg/potato mixture over that and stirred together. I don't have time in the morning to bake this so I am letting it sit for a few hours, bake tonight and serve re heated tomorrow. My husband will re heat and eat it all week for breakfast. Me on the other hand is not a fan of reheating eggs. Thanks for the recipe!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2008
FABULOUS!!! These are sooo yummy! I made these on halloween and brought them to work. They were gone in minutes. They were so soft. I ran out of vanilla without realizing beofre I started and you couldn't even tell I didn't add it. I am making another batch today to take to the inlaws they will love them. I did take one piece of advice form another person they are definetly better chilled they are good warm and room temp but the flavor enhances somehow when chilled slightly.

London Broil for the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2011
Very good! I really liked it and I'm not much of a meat eater. My husband loved it and he always groans when I make london broil. (not his cut of choice) The only thing I would change is I would double the liquid recipe. I shredded mine and mixed with egg noodles. There wasn't enough gravy.

Tacos in Pasta Shells

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2011
These were really good. I made them using taco seasoning and added a little water and let simmer. I am not much of a meat eater so I only had one shell and I though it was pretty tasty. My stepdaughter and husband loved it and it was pretty easy to make.

Seafood Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2008
Ok so I made this for my husband, I am not a imitation crab kinda person but this is really good. I made a few adjustments I omitted the peas because he doesn't like them and added green onions. I added just a little more mayo and also added a touch of old bay seasoning. I will be making this again for him and myself and I will have some peas on the side for me!!
