my family loved this meal! i felt good feeding it to them as it is decently healthy and we loved all the different tastes (veggies, chicken, bacon, pasta)! YUM! i only omitted the mushroom, as my kiddos don't love them! Thanks!!

Cut-Out Cookies in a Flower Pot

i wanted to try a cookie cut-out recipe that used butter rather than shortening. This one was perfect! I followed the exact instructions, chilled over night and then baked each cookie (let out the sticks) for 7-8 mins, personally one of the BeSt cut-out cookie recipes i've tried!!

Left Bank Apple Salad

we all loved this!! simple, kept for a while and HEALTHY - I love that I could allow my kiddos to have seconds and thirds and fourths and know they weren't eating anything that was bad for them! Will make this from now on, when I'm asked to bring a fruit salad!

Indoor S'mores

We really loved these s'mores. i made the mistake of following other reviews and used 6 cups of graham cereal, and 4 of the marshmallows. There was too much cereal and not enough of the chocolate mixture to hold it all together. We weren't even able to cut them into bars. Next time i will still mix the chocolate mixture into the cereal and marshmallows, but will use 4 cups of each instead!!

Pumpkin Maple Pie Supreme

Pizza Casserole II

my whole family liked this recipe, i followed it exactly. the top got a bit dark when cooking for the full 40 mins, but the bottom layer of rolls needed to be cooked that long, so next time i may cover w/ foil.

Starlit Summer Smoothie

great, cool and refreshing. Only added 1 tsp of vanilla, and used lemon yogurt since that was what we had. I omitted the sugar and ended up with a great smoothie that even my two yr olds loved!

Mulligatawny Soup I

Corn Pasta Salad

This pasta salad was ok. I think it probably made more then 10 servings, and I didn't feel the "dressing" was enough. I really couldn't taste it much. Maybe next time I will add 1.5 of the the dressing, so it's more noticeable.

Breakfast Enchiladas

DH does not like eggs, so this was a great recipe for breakfast enchiladas that didn't include eggs. They were great. I did not need as much enchilada sauce as the recipe called for.
