2-Step Garlic Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2007
I liked this variation. I usually season the pork before I sear it.

Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2007
If you want a low fat version use: 1. turkey bacon or the real bacon piece in the bottle 2. Instead of olive oil (which is pretty good for you) use a fat free vineagerette 3. Fresh tomatoes always taste better than canned tomatoes. Don't cook the tomato, It will add a nice layer of flavor! 4. The spinach still tastes good when it is not wilted. 5. If you don't have penne pasta, used what you've got on hand! These were the things I changed when I made this recipe. I was awesome. My family wants me to put this in the dinner rotation!!

Jambalaya With Shrimp

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2006
I love Jambalaya! This is an awesome recipe. I put spicy smoked sausage chunks in it instead and it added an extra kick. It could have used a little more vegi's though. But overall, excellent recipe!

Apple Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2005
It tasted a little bland. Try soaking the apples on lemon juice and putting a tiny bit of lemon juice in the sauce. It would give some zing! We had leftovers and the meat was better the second day.
