Mushroom Chicken Dijon

loved this recipe--the chicken turned out juicy and tender--my kids had two helpings each--i let it simmer on the stove for a few extra minutes so the cream souce would thicken--great recipe

this was a great dish--my 2 boys ate every bit!! I had to use cream of celery soup--it was all I had--and it still turn out good--will make this again

Sage Pork Chops

This was great and easy to prepare--I used a couple of the other suggestions---beef broth and I added garlic powder to the rub. It was great--I will make this again!

This was a great and easy dish to make--it was a hit---i used jar sauce and i also added 1/2 jar alfredo on top of the manicotti. next time i will probably use 1/2 beef and 1/2 sausage. will make it again

Lasagna Alfredo Roll Ups

This was an excellent dish--I did make a few additions--I add mild sausage, about 1TBS. Italian seasoning, and I also used mariana sauce ontop of my roll-ups. I will make this again!!!!

Pesto Pasta with Chicken

This was awesome--i have past this recipe to all of my friends and we love it!!! I did make a few small changes---I doubled the sun dried tomatoes--doubled the pesto--added sliced zuccini(while cooking the chicken)-and left out the red pepper flakes --then topped it off with shredded parmesean cheese--there was none left!!!

Breaded Center Cut Pork Chops

I THOUGHT THIS WAS A GOOD AND EASY RECIPE.I DID USE GREEK SEASONINGS INSTEAD OF ITALIAN AND IT WAS GREAT. ALITTLE DRY--WILL ADD MORE WATER TO THE PAN NEXT TIME.
