I was hesitant to try this recipe thinking it would be way too salty for us, but I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor! This was very easy to put together. I followed another suggestion by letting it cook overnight then placing in the refrigerator throughout the day. This didn't last long at our house! I will definitely make this again, especially since my husband keeps requesting it!

Cream Cheese Squares

What a great, basic recipe! I have made several variations of this and it always goes over well. Most recently, I added cold cuts on top of plain cream cheese and was able to please my two year old!

Single Crust Peach Pie

I followed another reviewers suggestion of coating the peaches in flour before placing them in the pie as well as adding some brown sugar. The pie was not at all runny (even though I used VERY ripe peaches) and had a good flavor to it. Very easy to throw together as well.

Glen's Cheese Sauce

I did not use sherry and cut the recipe down. Very easy to prepare and was still great after my amendments. I thought it went well over mixed vegetables and used it as a "fondue" as well.

These are excellent! I alter the powdered sugar a bit and I alternate between semi-sweet and milk chocolate. I followed the other user's advice and use the ice cream scoop to hold the chocolate. My family LOVES these!! Thanks!

Cheesecake Cookie Cups

Wow! There were GREAT! I loved them and so did the rest of the family. Simple to make. I used fat free cream cheese the second time around and they seemed a little dry.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Pizza

Easy Baked Tilapia

Red Slush Punch

I LOVE this punch and so does everyone I have let sample. It got a little messy for me when I was separating it all out, but the end result is good. Makes ALOT... nice to have it on hand though!!

Individual Meat Loaves

My husband and his mom loved these! They are like huge meatballs. I thought they had a little too much seasoning, but then again, I have been accused of liking bland food - I got praises so that's all that matters to me!

Easy French Dip Sandwiches

Banana Banana Bread

Very good and simple! My family enjoyed it. I'm not sure if it is supposed to be, but mine came out as a very dense bread. I added nuts and cinnamon on top as other reviewers recommended. Very good banana flavor!
