Spicy Vegan Potato Curry
Yum, really good! I cut down the cayenne a bit (I was afraid after reading other reviews), but think it would be just dandy with it all! I added more veggies, just because I had them and feel like the spice/coconut milk ratios is really the important part! So I would say, make exactly as written or as your veggie tastes desire and you'll be pleased! Thanks for sharing :)

Apple, Cranberry, and Pear Crisp
For whatever reason, I LOVE this! I made this recipe and it was gone in less than 24 hours (yes, I played a key role in gobbling it all up), and made a second one the next night. There isn't anything super fancy about it, but sometimes it's the simple things that add up to something amazing. Have been craving a cobbler, and this is it! Personal favorite is using 3 pears and 1 apple with 1 tsp cinnamon added to the diced fruit. Give it a try, great alone, with ice cream and fresh whipped cream- mmmm!!

Vegetarian Kofta Kabobs
I wanted to love this recipe, I am a big fan of Middle Eastern meals..falafel, bean patties, etc...I found these to be rather bland which I was not expecting based on the spices and the texture was a bit 'mushy' in the middle even with extra cooking time. I wouldn't use the recipe again, at least not without tweaking it a lot or maybe doubling the spices. Served with tzatziki sauce and hummus, which ended up saving the dish in terms of flavor profile.
