Baked Pork Chops I

These were awesome! I am not a fan of pork chops, but in effort to try and incorporate more pork in our diet, I gave it a try. Like most people, I changed it a bit. I excluded using the egg/flour and just dipped the pork chops in milk first. I also used red wine as opposed to white. Yum and the family LOVED it! Thank you!

Mushroom Crescents

These were excellent! I made the suggested dough. A few things I did to personally enhance it...I added 1/4 of a cup of Italian breadcrumbs to the mushroom mixture. I also used the cuisinart to chop the mushroom & onions (using the "pulse" making sure not to over do it). These came out delicious!! Thank you!

Crunch Bar

I absolutely love these and they are quick and easy to make. Spray the pan as other users suggested!! I also use milk chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, toffee pieces (heath bar crunch) and sliced almonds. This recipe has made me one popular mommy!

Pizza Dough III

This was very easy to make however, I used regular flour....and I don't know if that is why, I ended up needing to add almost an additional cup of flour because the consistency was way too sticky to work with. I also, added more salt......and cornmeal to the bottom of the pizza. Came out pretty good.

Paprika Pork Chops

Incredible!! I used the thicker chops but sliced them into butterfly chops. The only change I would do is double the sauce as others have suggested. Absolutely amazing!! Thank you!

Roasted Pork Loin

The flavor of this roast was delicious....but like most said, ALL ovens are different. I do not have a meat thermometer, so I overcooked it a bit (and I only cooked it for 1.5 hours on 325!)

Firecracker Fried Chicken Drumsticks

This was a very good recipe. The one mistake I made was...the oil wasn't hot enough for the first batch, therefore some of the coating came off. Got it right on the 2nd batch and it was extremely crunchy on the outside and yummy! Thanks!

Easy Mexican Casserole

This was DELICIOUS!! I substituted ground turkey for ground beef...and threw in a packet of taco seasoning (no water). I also left out the beans....hubby LOVED this one!! Thank you!
