Chris' Bay Area Burger

I guess you need to use extra EXTRA lean beef. I used 80% lean ground chuck and just 1 Tbl olive oil per pound, and my entire grill was a flaming inferno within 4 minutes... I'll skip the oil altogether next time.

Cheater Pancake Syrup

Here in Brazil, real maple syrup is hard to find and outrageously priced (so is artificial, for that matter). Sugar, on the other hand is about US$.20 / lb. This is a great recipe and I use it all the time.

Micky's Sticky Licky Sweet n Zesty BBQ Sauce

I was looking for an easy sweet sauce to put on some fried chicken wings. Wasn't bad but, alot like ketchup.
