I see I am way, way out in the minority here but we really didn't like these. The cream cheese was too much for stuffed mushrooms, it was like I crammed a dip into a mushroom cap and warmed it. I saw another reviewer also in the minority mention they preferred bread-y stuffed mushrooms: that must be it, I've eaten these in lots of restaurants and never have I been less impressed than these I took the time to make. I think I must like when seasoned breadcrumbs soak up the moisture from the sauteed mushroom pieces and caps and make a filling. I guess I'll look for other recipes and go from there. Thanks for sharing though, I can tell these are well-liked so I went with 2 stars.
