Mushroom Rice
This is really, really good :) I added lots and lots of mushroom and half an onion. We served it with spicy chicken pieces and couldn't think of a better combination. Thanks for this recipe, I made a large batch the second time and added a couple of portions to the freezer, can't wait to have it again!

Grilled Lamb Burgers
These were good but I made a few changes. I added Italian seasoning instead of all the separate herbs. I added mint sauce instead of fresh mint and served on wholemeal rolls with garlic mayo. Really tasty and very moist.

Tzatziki Sauce II
I omitted the salt & pepper as I prefer it without and added a dash of lemon juice. Absolutely delicious!
