Sour Cream Coffee Cake

I've been making this recipe for many years. Easter time seems a favorite. I bake mine in loaf pan for about 45min to an hour.

Stuffed Crown Roast of Pork

This is a great recipe. I did a different stuffing. 1package of pork stove top stuffing. Sub apple juice for water add craisins and chopped walnuts. Turned out great

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps

These were really good. I made a couple of changes. After I split the peppers I blanch them in boiling water and then in ice water. (to soften them) I used flavored whipped cream cheese garlic and onion. These turned out great in oven at 375 degress on baking sheet for 20 to 25 minutes.

Guinness® Corned Beef

This is a great recipe,I cooked mine in a crock pot. Simmered all day. Cool,slice and eat.Make it a day ahead it is much easier to slice it cold. Yum

Recipe is good, I subed brown sugar for granulated,added 2 1/4 teaspoons of yeast. Makes 1 large loaf or 2 small round loafs
