Easy Armadillo Eggs

A huge hit!! They were fabulous. I didn't add the bacon to the cream cheese filling because I thought it was a little much. Also I used a split of hot sausage and mild. Be sure stuff the peppers very well. The cream cheese filling is what helps cool the heat of the pepper. I had a few people bit off pieces without the filling, and they thought it to be too hot. Overall I will make again and again.

Baked Asian-Style Honey Chicken

Overall a good recipe. I pared it with some risotto and steamed vegetables. I would have prefered to have more of the glaze taste. Perhaps using boneless breasts, or smaller pieces of chicken would have helped to highlight the flavor. All in all, I will make it again.

Japanese Beef and Noodles Big Bowl

Good recipe. I added a good amount of peppers to it to spice it up. I also used some homemade noodles a local chinese grocery store sells. With these changes I would give it the 4 stars.

Chicken Pesto a la Lisa

I loved the dish, or at least how I made it. I made my own pesto and didn't think that it needed any extra basil or pinenuts after I mixed everything together. I also subbed out about 1/4 c. of the stock for some white wine. I also used orchetti pasta, and next time I think I'll add a touch of cream to the sauce at the end.
