Marinated Grilled Shrimp

The weather is dreary, so I put the entire contents into my wok and cooked the shrimp. I put the shrimp over a lightly oiled vermicilli with the marinade as sauce and it is amazing!

Italian Spaghetti with Ham

I used penne instead of spagetti and I loved it. I also used pre-chopped ham which made the whole cook time about 15 min. Perfect!

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

Wonderful side, beautiful too! Some of the spears became a little dry. Also, you don't need much Neufchatel, I acutally cut the prosciutto in half and used 1/2+ teaspoon cheese per grouping.
