Pumpernickel Rye Bread

Loved how this turned out! Even a friend who doesn't usually like Pumpernickel and "hates" rye bread LOVED this!

Per other reviews, I left out the brown sugar and cut the hot dogs into smaller pieces, mixed in with the batter, but these were a definite winner with the whole family! I'm a big corn dog fan, so being able to re-create the flavor with little cost and no mess was wonderful!

Baja Grilled Chicken Wrap

My WHOLE family loved these - considering my two picky ones ages three and one, that is quite the feat. We ditched the coleslaw (because I didn't have it) and used a little lettuce instead. So yummy! My husband was grateful we had leftovers for lunch the next day!

Chocopeanutbanana Smoothie

I am absolutely addicted to this smoothie. I substitute Vanilla Greek Yogurt for part of the milk just to give it a bit of a protein boost - it is AMAZING!

Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries

AMAZING! This was the exact thing I was craving and way easier than I ever imagined it could be. My husband has declared this to be our new staple (as we typically have all ingredients on-hand). Yum, yum, yum! (We didn't serve with raspberries, but we are thinking of trying ice cream next time.)

Hawaiian Spareribs

I made these for a luau-themed Christmas party and loved them! I had never done ribs at all before and yet found this recipe to be super-easy. I did follow the instructions for cooking ribs in general left in one comment (cooking the meat, covered, by itself for an hour and a half before adding the sauce). Even my husband who claims to dislike all things barbecue or "sweet meat" really liked these - he's asking me to make them again already!

Baked Penne with Italian Sausage

I left out the white wine, because we don't keep that on hand. Also, instead of the tomato products, I used a garden vegetable pasta sauce (because that's what I had). In the end, though, it was great!
