Almond Orange Crusted Chicken with Fennel Arugula Salad

This was our first meal to begin a better effort to eat healthier. Gratefully, it was really good! The almonds provided a nice crunch to the chicken. The salad was a nice complement to the chicken, giving a nice citrus flavor. We gave up on using the fennel, but the meal didn't taste like it was missing anything. Even our 2.5 year old enjoyed the chicken. We will be making this again.

Corned Beef and Cabbage I

I wait all year for this meal but I had never made it myself until this year. A friend gave me the advice to pull the beef out of the pot when you put the veggies in, sprinkle brown sugar on top and bake it at 350' until the veggies and cabbage are done. It was SO good! Please try this!!!

Mom's Stovetop Pork Ribs

Great!!! This takes WAY longer than it says, but is worth the wait. I would use a low sodium soy sauce otherwise the salt kicks you in the butt. You can make this recipe gluten free just by using Tamari soy sauce instead of regular.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

To make this recipe gluten free just use Lipton dry onion soup and Health Valley Organic cream of mushroom. Both brands are GF. We love this recipe and will definitely make it again. Adding carrots and potatoes was a good idea. Thanks to all who suggested it.

American Lasagna

My father in law called this "awesomely good!" I used much less onion and he still noticed it, but in a good way. I won't use a lot of onion when I make this again.

Chicken Avocado Pizza

My husband and i really liked this recipe. We used mozzarella cheese instead of jack and we wished that we would have put more on. We also used a garlic herb dough which may have masked the flavor of the recipe, but it was still excellent. We will definitely try this again!
