Double Chocolate Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2007
This was the BEST!!!I took the advice from others and used 2 cups 2% milk and 1 cup 1/2 and 1/2. I boiled it alittle longer to make sure the sugar was disolved and used a chocolate cookie crust. I read about people saying to use whole milk but I had no problem with 2%. Just take your time and alittle bit more boiling isn't going to hurt. Mine didn't run or ooze. It was so thick the first piece was a pain to get out. I let it sit in the fridge for about 24 hrs. My family loves chocolate and not one said it was "too chocolaty". Topped with cool whip when served and with 11 people the whole thing was gone that night!! Thanks for the wonderful pie.

These were a huge hit at Chistmas dinner. The only thing I did was omitted the sugar and the flavor was still wonderful. will make these again in a heart beat!!

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2007
I don't eat fish but I made it for the fish lovers in my family and it was a huge hit! I would always triple or quadurple the recipe. I cooked enough for 5 people.

No-Oven Peanut Butter Squares

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2007
These were the best! I made them for Christmas and they were a huge hit with my chocolate loving family. The only thing I would differently next time is use a little bit smaller of a pan. We love the chocolate a little thicker. Otherwise they were just like peanut butter cups and they were easy to make. Will make again!!!

Baked Mushroom Rice

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2006
I make this recipe every Christmas for my family and they all love it. They always make sure I am making it. The only thing is I do my own thing but kinda follow the recipe. I first cook rice acording to directions on box. I then cook mushrooms and garlic together in butter then mix everything together and pop it in the oven for about 1/2 hr and it comes out wonderful. I have tried the recipe as it said to do and it just too long and the liquid was never gone. Tweeked it and wonderful
