Zucchini Brownies

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2009
These are really yummy. Better than any choc zucchini cake I've ever had. They are rich and ooey gooey and you can barely taste the zucchini. I would make them again!

Zucchini-Coconut Cookie Bars

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2009
These were not very good at all. I omitted the raisins and dried fruit and substituted choc. chips. They were dry and not a very good taste.

Grilled Venison Backstrap

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2006
Delicious! The meat melts in your mouth. I marinated these in regular apple juice overnight and then all day in BBQ sauce. We will make these again and again. Very easy and so impressive!

Venison Fajitas

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2006
I thought these were very yummy. They tasted like beef fajitas, and the venison stayed very tender. A great alternative to using up your venison. I will make these again.

Amish Sourdough Pancakes

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2006
My family all loved these pancakes. They have a slightly sweet and sour flavor, but not overpowering. They melt in your mouth, and are slightly cake-like in texture. I used a cup of my friendship bread starter on day 10. I also used Bisquick. I will make these AGAIN, for sure!

Ultimo's No-Bake Blueberry Squares

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2005
These are one of my favorites! Makes a great dessert, but also good for a bfast/brunch. I added the blueberries still very frozen....next time I will let them thaw a little so it gives off the blue-purple color when stirred in. Looks very pretty that way. I also made a little extra graham cracker crust because I like lots of crust. They are delicious and very easy to make.

Libby's® Pumpkin Cranberry Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2005
This is a very yummy bread for the fall. I used 2 cups white sugar and 1/2 cup brown (instead of the 3 cups it calls for) and it was delicious. Very moist and good. I may add chopped pecans next time as well!
