VELVEETA® Down-Home Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2014
I made this a while ago and it is so creamy. The only thing I did differently was to add some hot sauce when I was making the cheese sauce. We like things a bit spicy so I added 10 drops of Franks Red Hot sauce. It still wasn't really spicy but it gave it a bit of a kick. The leftovers also freeze nicely.

Harvest Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2011
I made this for a luncheon and received great reviews and a number of people asked for this recipe. The only thing I did different was that instead of blue cheese I used crumbled goat cheese because I don't care of blue cheese.

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2010
I've been making this sauce for years now. We love it. However, I've made a few changes. I add an 8 oz. can of tomato sauce, 2 cloves of garlic, I cut the pepper in half to 1/4 tsp. but add 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper and I only use 3 Tbsp olive oil. Lastly, I add 1 heaping tsp. sugar. This is definitely a keeper.

Banana Cake VI

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2005
This recipe was excellent. I made some minor changes as others suggested. I cut the sugar in the cake to 1 3/4 cups, added 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and also added some mini chocolate chips to the batter. An easy suggestion for putting the cake from oven directly to freezer is to use a throw away aluminum pan. I also cut the powder sugar in the frosting as a number of people suggested to 2 cups. Next time, I may add a little banana flavoring to the batter.
