Delicious Healthy Strawberry Shake
I followed this recipe generally and the strawberry shake turned out so delicious and thick and creamy, even though it didn't use any cream or ice-cream. I froze about 3 cups of fresh strawberries in the freezer then pulsed them in a blender. I then added milk and continued blending it till it was a thick and smooth consistency (about 2 cups of milk, I think). I then added white sugar (as I didn't have honey) until it reached the desired sweetness (about 4 tablespoons). We all enjoyed it and it was very filling because of the large quantity of strawberries in it.

Banana Cake II
This banana cake is very cake-y and not bread-y at all. I made two-thirds of this recipe thinking that it would fit better into an 8 X 8 cake pan. It turned out to be a nice thick cake. The recipe was really tasty and delicious. I added a dash of nutmeg and cinnamon powder, and chocolate chips and chopped walnuts which I think made it more tasty. But next time I will probably make a couple more small adjustments, like using 3 large bananas instead of 2 so it is more banana-ish, and about 30 ml less milk so that the batter is thicker and holds the chocolate chips and walnuts better (this is for two-third recipe).

Zucchini Brownies
This was one of the top 3 brownies I ever made or ate. The batter was dry, but I mixed it as well as I could and padded it evenly into the pan. It still looked dry when it came out of the oven but it was so soft to cut and turned out to be really moist and dark and gooey. I grated the zucchini rather finely and did not taste any zucchini in the brownie at all. Will definitely make it again as it's the healthiest and one of the yummiest chocolate recipe I know!
