Nat's Buttery Cashew Crunch

Tasted great. Like others have posted though, it wasn't a crunch. It was chewy. I even put it in the fridge like another poster suggested. Maybe it needs to be heated to a higher temp? I'll try that next time.

Soda Cracker Candy

My family loved the taste of this. Make sure your crackers fit the whole pan. I had about half a cracker width left, and decided to leave it that way. When I took it out of the oven, my crackers were floating, and swimming around the sheet. I will also add less chocolate chips next time.

Bacon Wrapped Duck Breasts

I think for someone that likes duck, this would be a good recipe. It was tender, and there was no "gamey" taste. Yet, we didn't like it at all. You absolutely need to like "game" for this recipe.

Beefy Baked Ravioli

Good, quick, and easy to make. Can't beat that after a long day! I will, however, omit the tomatoes next time. I found myself adding alot of spices after I added them. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Crispy Fried Fish

Great tasting recipe. After reading other reviews about the batter/crumbs not sticking, I decided to leave the mixture on the fish for 1/2 an hour before frying. It's a trick I use for frying chicken. It worked great for the fish too. I also added more salt to the batter.

Mushroom in the Middle Meatloaf

This recipe was good. The sausage made the difference in taste and texture. I also added slices of swiss cheese in the middle, before I layered on the soup. Thanks for the recipe!
