Best Carrot Cake Ever

Excellent recipe. I used golden raisins; however, it's not possible to make this cake even better. MAKE SURE YOU USE THE CRUSHED PINEAPPLE. It's what makes the cake moist.

Excellent recipe. The second time I made it, I shredded the chicken and used 1 tbsp of chili powder (I love chili powder). Everyone I served it to raved and I was slightly embarassed as to how simple the recipe was to take such credit.

Savory Italian Sausage Sauce

Good recipe. I thought the spiciness was perfect. I actually used spicy sausage. I took the sausages out of the casings and crumbled it. This is a great variation of just browning sausage and adding jarred/canned tomatoes.

Marinade for Steak I

This recipe is excellent. I double the recipe and make it in a mayonaise jar and keep it in the fridge. I use usually once a week. Everyone that has tasted it has asked for the recipe.
