Winter Squash Rolls
The perfect roll recipe! Soft, tender, and delicious. I made a half recipe and still came out with 12 good sized rolls (fit in a 9x13). I also used white whole wheat flour and brushed the rolls with a little melted butter when they came out of the oven. I will definitely be making these for all my holiday meals!

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
I made this with Bloody Butcher cornmeal (sort of a blue corn with red flecks). It was great! Usually I like cornbread best the first day when the edges are all crispy from baking, but this one was more moist and flavorful the next day. Good enough to eat without butter and honey!
