Tantalizing Turkey and Blue Cheese Meatballs
I made this recipe for some friends who are both excellent cooks. They were wowed! I made homemade marinara sauce (from the Everyday Italian cookbook) added the cooked meatballs, and served over linguine-FABULOUS! One of the best meals I've ever prepared, and I am a recipe nut!

Pumpkin Roll
One very important detail that is not spelled out in this recipe and I learned the hard way. After you bake the cake part of it, let it cool a minute or two while still in the pan. Loosen edges and then turn pan upside down over your powder-sugared towels. When you roll it up, ROLL THE TOWEL IN WITH IT. This is where my problem was. I have never made a jelly roll or roll-up dessert and didn't know. Also the cake was too warm and it fell apart. I'll know better next time!

Dip For The Stars
This recipe is fabulous! A couple of helpful notes: It took me much longer than 20 minutes to put together, and this is definitely something you serve for a special occasion, so give yourself plenty of time to prepare it. Also, I let mine refrigerate overnight. I prepared it in a round jello mold, put it on a silver platter and covered it with a cake dome, then brought it to a friend's house for a party. It was a huge success! Can easily be cut in half for smaller groups, too! Oo la la!
