Garden Fresh Tomato Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2007
Excellent. I have made it as is and tried other reviews suggestions with basil and garlic. We love it either way. This a great recipe to use up all of our garden tomatoes. I am freezing many containers full and hope to enjoy all winter long.

Very good. I mixed the cinnamon in with the syrup so it was more of a glaze.

Fabulous and really quick and easy. Perfect recipe when you don't have time for a marinade. I doubled the sauce and rubbed it on both sides.

Glazed Pork Chop

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2006
Excellent. I had no trouble with the glaze falling off. Every time I cook pork, I make sure to have my meat thermometer near by. Cook pork to 150 degrees. The pork with cook internally until 160 degrees.

Candied Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2006
The chicken tasted excellent. I wasn't paying attention and cooked the chicken for the entire 1 hour. I should have taken the chicken out about 15-20 min sooner, to avoid the slight dryness.

Banana Oatmeal Cookie

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2006
Very moist and very easy to make. Like other reviewers, I was sick of making banana bread, but needed a way to use up ripe bananas. I did add a cup and a half of chocolate chips. I also only baked them for 10 minutes.

Apple Butter Pork Loin

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2005
Excellent recipe. Very juicy. I did take heed to other reviews and watched the pork to make sure I didn't over cook it. I only needed about 1.5 hours. Keep your meat thermometer near by and take the pork out when it reaches 160 degrees.

Swiss Chicken Casserole I

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2005
This recipe was good after I made some of the changes that previous reviews suggested. I would use less butter next time. My dish came out a little greasy. This a great base recipe to create and add your own special touch.
