My Son & His Girlfriend
About this Cook
I am a single mother of 2 teenagers a boy & a girl, they keep me very busy in the kitchen because they love to eat! Since I am fortunate enough to have a wonderful mother that had the patience enough to teach me to to cook my kids don't like eating out at fast food restaurants! Keeps me busy but I love it! Also, 4 years ago my mother lost her eyesight to glaucoma and now I get to repay her by helping her cook and sometimes providing her meals! Oh yeah my best friend is thankful for my talents as well she doesn't cook much cuz she just doesn't like to. So, I usually make huge portions to take left overs for her poor kids that are tired of casseroles! lol! love you Jodi :-)
My favorite things to cook
Swedish meatballs,Roast,Grilled Cabbage, Stuffed Mushrooms, Stuffed Jalepenos, chicken & dumplings & now Cinnamon Rolls!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Every Sunday I get up and fix a huge breakfast! The main thing I make is what we call a Hobo Breakfast! I will submit the recipe so you will know why it is called that!
My cooking triumphs
I finally finally found a good recipe for Cinnamon Rolls I never thought I would be able to make cinnamon rolls that tasted good!
My cooking tragedies
I have always made homemade noodles for chicken and noodles but I decided to try a Chicken & Dumpling recipe and it was absolutely horrible...I know i did something wrong but have no idea what it was I did! I decided to use canned biscuits instead!

Broccoli Rice Casserole
This was wonderful! It was a little thick halfway through the cooking process so i added a 1/2 cup of chicken broth.

Italian Bread Using a Bread Machine
I have used this recipe over and over again it is just amazing every time. The first time I made this I was just bored and i love to bake and my two teenagers love to eat and have tons of friends that love to eat so I made this and they all loved it. But to my surprise my I ended up making 8 loaves and every single crumb was devoured in one day! Thank you for this recipe.

Chocolate Oil Cake
When I came across this recipe I was searching for the most powerful chocolate craving killer I could find and thank goodness I found it. I am not a major chocolate fan but I get those insane chocolate cravings every so often and I am glad to say I have the solution thanks to your recipe.
