I used this recipe as a guide and modified it to what I had on hand and my preference. I used 1 lb. of ground sirloin and 1 lb. of ground pork, for the cracker crumbs, I used 1/3 c. Ritz crackers and 1/3 c. Cheez-Its, used 1 c. cheddar cheese, sifted onions from dry onion soup mix (as suggested), 1/4 c. diced onion, 1/4 c. diced green bell pepper, 2 eggs, 1/8 c. ketchup, 2 T. steak sauce, pepper to taste and though this sounds weird but tastes awesome is 1/4 c. cocktail sauce (It gives a great zip to the meatloaf but is not distinguishable). I cooked in 350 degree F oven for 75 minutes. Did not top with any sauce but left BBQ and steak sauce at the table - none was used as the meatloaf was great without it. AWESOME RECIPE!
