Fourth of July Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2007
I LOVE this recipe! I have been searching for one similar to my mom's, and this is it! The vinegar adds a wonderful flavor. I omitted the onions and added chopped dill pickle...perfect!

Potato Chip Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2006
My family really liked this recipe. I omitted the water chestnuts and added a little more celery. Next time I will halve the amount of chips on top. It was too much and made the dish too salty. Other than that, it was great!

Absolute Mexican Cornbread

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2005
This was excellent! It's a bit sweet, so the green chiles really add a nice contrast. My whole family loved it! It's great with chili, too. Thanks for the post!

Delilah's Frosted Cut-Out Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2005
This dough is very easy to prepare, but I found it a little difficult to work with. I used plenty of flour and the dough still kept falling apart. It did make nice cookies, and the frosting sets up nicely. I like my sugar cookie with a little more flavor, but overall these were good.

Easy Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2005
Excellent and very easy! I incorporated the cream cheese into a yellow cake mix and melted & drizzled the butter on top. My whole family loved it...including the in-laws!

4H Banana Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2005
Yum! I added a teaspoon of cinnamon and topped it with additional cinnamon and sugar. I also added a teaspoon of vanilla. I baked it for 45 minutes at 350 and it came out great! Very moist and delicious!
