Basil Chicken over Angel Hair
This recipe was really good. I did use frozen basil, and I took the advice of previous reviewers, and used a can of basil/oregano flavored diced tomatoes. I also served my portion first, then added chili pepper flakes and some hot sauce to my boyfriends portion. The only other change I made was adding a LOT more garlic!

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken
We do like honey mustard in my home, so we were excited to try this. I was really disappointed, I prepared it exactly as stated, and it was unbearably sweet. I definitely will try again with a LOT less honey.

Quinoa and Black Beans
I asolutely love the flavor of this dish, unfortunately the two times that I have made it, it was too watery. I figured the measurements were correct (2 cups of liquid for every cup of quinoa), b/c it's similar to rice. I will try to reduce liquid to see if that helps.
