Chocolate Covered Caramels

Reviewed: May 18, 2008
this were so disappointing. After following the directions exactly, they were impossible to cut. I did not give these to anyone for fear they would pull out their fillings.

Raspberry Chocolate Supremes

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2008
I always get a lot of compliments when I make these bars. They are a bit messy, but keeping them refrigerated helps. The only modification I make to the recipe is to sprinkle a few sliced almonds on the top. Delicious!

Amanda's Stuffed Peppers

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2007
These peppers were very good. A nice change from the rice and beef stuffed peppers. The cheese makes these especially yummy. Will definitely make again. Thanks!

Summer Vegetable Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2007
This was very good and a great way to use the fresh vegetables from the garden. I would suggest to others who make this either use more vegetables or make less dressing because at the bottom of the bowl, the vegetables were swimming in dressing. Also, if you are not a big fan of vinegar, you may want to cut back on the vinegar. I brought this salad to a picnic and some loved it and others thought it was heavy on the vinegar.

Spaghetti Pizza I

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2007
This was very good. the only change I made was to add some grated parmesan to the pasta mixture and left out the salt. Also, I didn't have a whole jar of sauce, so I used a can of diced tomatoes and a small can of tomato paste with some spices. I probably would add a little more mozzerella next time. Overall, a very yummy recipe. thank you.

Cracked Wheat Oat Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2007
This bread was great when fresh out of the oven. It was a little dry after it cooled. I made this in the oven after making the dough in the breadmaker, so that may have something to do with it. I will try again, but add a little more oil. Otherwise, the flavor was good, the texture just right and a crusty crust.

Light Oat Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2007
this bread is one of our favorites. I make the dough in the bread machine, let it rise, and then bake in the oven at 375 for about 35 min. The crust gets nice and crunchy and the texture inside is light. great recipe. Thanks.

Southern Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2006
this lacked the flavor I was expecting. I think I would try it again with a lot less water. The amount of water seemed to dilute the flavor too much. Otherwise, the meat was very tender.
