Lemon Garlic Chicken

This tasted great! I love garlic and 2 tablespoons was not too much. Reminded me of chicken spiedini. The only problem I had was that I am not very good at cooking/frying in a pan. I just do not have that touch to made meat perfectly crispy.

Heavenly Halibut

Sprinkled with salt and lemon pepper before cooking at 350 for 12-15 min. Added a dash os red pepper flakes to parmesan mixture. After putting mixture on topped with lemon pepper. Broiled for 2-3 min.

Grilled Teriyaki Beer Chicken

I used 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs. I cut the salt down to 1 tablespoon and the paprika down to 1 tablespoon. It was plenty spicy. I did not oil the chicken. I only marinated it for 1 hour. I then cooked the chicken in the marinade in the oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Excellent! Everyone enjoyed it.

Yogurt Salad Dressing

I only used 1/2 c of yogurt (I used Greek too.) because I was only making enough kale for 2. I did keep the lemon and mustard amounts the same to give it a bit more flavor.

Root Beer Pork Chops

Bought 2L bottle (cheaper) . Marinate with root beer, remaining beef broth, and Worcestershire. Sauce - added more beef boullean (1tsp?), deleted brown sugar, added a bit of tobacco to hot sauce, a pinch of cayenne pepper, 1 tblsp Worcestershire (takes about 30-40 min to reduce to about 3/4 cup)
