Easy Avocado Spread

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2013
I should've read the reviews before preparing this recipe. WAY too salty!! I'd use 1/2 packet of the ranch next time.

Basil Chicken over Angel Hair

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2012
This was a great recipe. I did make a few additions to add more flavor though. I used double the garlic and used a can of Hunt's Fire Roasted diced tomatoes instead of the regular tomatoes. Also, I added a hand full of mozzarella cheese & parmesan cheese just before I took it off the stove. I buttered the noodles (just a bit) before topping with the chicken mixture & it was delish! The family ate it all up! Already added to my recipe box:)

Cinnamon Chicken Nuggets

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2008
Not great. The chicken stuck to the pan and we could barely taste the cinnamon. Very dry. Very dissapointed. Will NOT make again.

Finally a meatloaf recipe the whole family loves. Not too moist, not too dry, not too salty and not too spicy! My family favorite!

The Best Meatballs You'll Ever Have

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2008
This is a great meatball recipe. I made some changes like other's have posted and it came out perfect! I used italian bread crumbs instead of croutons, and baked it at 375 for 20 minutes. My kids like them served with toothpicks (makes it a fun food for them) but it also tastes great in marinara sauce with spaghetti. This recipe is a keeper!

Sour Cream Chicken Quiche

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2008
Yummy! The whole family loved it. I made some changes per other comments. I left out the nutmeg and cooked it at 400 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Came out perfect! I also added a little garlic before I popped it in the oven. This will be a regular at our house! Thanks!
