No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2010
i followed the recipe exactly and wasn't happy with the result - there is hardly any flavor and they are not sweet at all! not anything like "regular" no bake cookies!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2006
Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT use splenda in this recipe. I used 1 cup splenda and 1.5 cups of white sugar, and the cookies turned out very bitter.

Thai Peanut Butter Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2005
Awesome! Thanks so much for this recipe. I didn't have a few of the ingredients at home, so I had to improvise. I only used hot water, peanut butter, soy sauce and lemon juice. Instead of corn syrup I used light maple syrup and I also added a dash of cinnamon. It was fabulous!

Scrumptious Sweet Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2005
This recipe was delicious! The only things I changed were using an 8x8 pan and only 1/2 cup of white sugar. It tasted fantastic! Thank you so much for the recipe.

Sweet Corn Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2005
This recipe is awesome! It also is very easy. I am somewhat of a beginner cook and the whole "water-in-pan" thing freaked me out a little at first, but just follow the instructions exactly and you'll have no problem! For all of you Wisconsin residents, this is about as similar to Pedro's corn cake as you're gonna get!

Fancy Pancakes

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2005
After I made this recipe, I noticed that in the opening description it says to make with egg whites. It is not mentioned in the actual recipe at all. I used the yolk and whites because of this. It actually turned out pretty well, although the crepes were a little runny at first to flip over. I also had it on low heat, unlike the recipe stating high heat... my first crepe burned because of that. I served it with strawberries, maple syrup and a few chocolate chips- very yummy!
