Pumpkin Crumb Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2005
The longer they sat, the better they tasted. Will definitely make again. I did use an 8x8 pan because the recipe wasn't large enough to fill a 9x13. The layers looked great when they were cut into bars. Thanks!!

Grilled Jalapeno Poppers

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2011
These were gone in a flash. My husband made me make them again the next day and I have to make them for his work this week. Easy and delicious:) I cut the jalapenos in half b/c my husband wanted more bacon per bite ratio. :) You also don't need a toothpick.

Bacon Wrapped Pesto Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2011
The bacon was not crisp enough all the way around. I even elevated it on a rack so it didn't sit in it's juices. I need crisp bacon.

Pumpkin Cake III

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
This was such a hit that I had to give many people the recipe! I followed the recipe exactly, just used a bundt cake pan instead of 9x13. I microwaved canned cream cheese frosting and poured over to make it more glaze like. So yummy!! The cake is super moist!!

Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2011
Pretty good-nice and juicy. It was a tad salty, so I think that could be eliminated. I fried it until golden brown and then put it in the oven to finish cooking it. It was nice and crispy.

Best Tuna Casserole

Delicious! I like this way better than the ones w/ Velveeta. I did add peas. :)

Pumpkin Ginger Cupcakes

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2011
Absolutely delicious! I will be making these again. Followed the recipe exactly-the crystallized ginger was $9.99 for the 1/3 cup so I will have to find it somewhere cheaper. :)

White Cheddar Macaroni with Bacon and Thyme

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2011
I changed it by adding 2 grilled chicken breasts as well. My husband says it wasn't cheesy enough for him. I think it needed more flavor-maybe some garlic and rosemary would have been good. A good start though:)

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2010
I just ate the last of this and I'm so sad it's gone. I probably have two cups of gravy left that I want to just drink. Gross, I know, but YUM!!! I did sear the meat before putting in the crock pot and I also didn't have 2 cans of cream of mushroom so I used one can of cream of chicken and one of cream of mushroom.

Feta Cheese Foldovers

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2010
Followed the recipe exactly and wasn't too impressed. Tastes fine, but doesn't knock my socks off. I like some of the other reviewers suggestions for additions and will try them next time:)

KNUDSEN Chicken and Biscuits

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2010
I had to customize this recipe for the ingredients I had available. I used frozen broccoli for the veggies and I only had mozzarella cheese. My hubby said it would have been a five if it was served over pasta. I don't eat broccoli, so he rated it:)

Slow Cooker Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2013
Great base-I followed it, but instead of water, just poured a can of beer over. Cooked on high, then on low b/c I wasn't ready to eat yet. By the time I was, too hungry to put in oven, but they were great-some of the best I've ever had and so simple. Fell off the bone and fantabulous! I don't even like ribs!

These smell delicious! Super easy to make, but just plain waffle taste when eating. I need something to make me say 'wow' :)

Triple Berry Crisp

I absolutely loved this! I made it w/ frozen blueberries, fresh raspberries and fresh strawberries. A little sugary, so I would cut that down a bit next time.

Cake Balls

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2010
These are definitely a crowd pleaser. Everyone at my husband's work devoured round 2 within 1 minute of him arriving to work. Now I have requests for other types of cakes. I used a triple chocolate cake w/ milk chocolate frosting-the whole amount. I dipped in chocolate bark:) I can't wait to try more types!
