Baked Omelet Pie
This was really good. My husband and I loved it. 2 of us ate the whole 8 servings. I did change a few things though. I baked the potato in the microwave then I peeled and chopped it. I browned the onion and pepper in margerine, added the mushrooms. In another bowl, I beat the eggs with a fork and mixed the ham, potato, and tomato slices. Mixed the whole mess together and baked it 30 minutes. We ate it with buttered toast. YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!

Wisconsin Bratwurst
We really liked this recipe!! I didn't have 2 lbs of bratwurst so I used 1 pound of it and 2 beers and 1 stick of margerine. It was awesome!! My husband's family is from Wisconsin and told me that after grilling I should put it back into the beer to keep them warm. Good stuff!!!!!!!!!!

Five Ingredient Ice Cream
I usually don't think of homemade ice cream as tasting as good as the store bought kind (too icy and runny) but this is fantastic!!! I think I'll try other reviewers ideas for different flavors next time I make this. (And I will make it again)
