Garlicky Appetizer Shrimp Scampi

Excellent restaurant quality recipe! The only changes I made was to add 6 cloves of garlic. I marinated the shrimp in the sauce for a few hours, then sauted the whole works in a wok. I served it over angel hair pasta and there were no leftovers! Also, if shallots are not readily available, I think using another mild onion would work as well.

Juicy, tender, white meat chicken encrusted in a crispy pecan coating then smothered in a rich Bourbon sauce. Doesn't get any better than this!

Southern Living magazine's Venison Chili

This chili is the best I have ever made. It was worth the hour and 15 minutes it took me to prepare it. I love spice and flavor so I added more garlic and almost twice the amount of chili powder, cumin, oregano, and salt. My family couldn't get done raving about the awesome flavor and the crunchy bits of bacon are an unexpected pleasant surprise. I will make it again and again!

Fish Chowder

Rich, creamy, and delicious! This recipe tastes fattening but it really isn't. It reminds me of a blend of potato soup and clam chowder except instead of having the chewy bits of clam there is tender white chunks of fish.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

I couldn't find mahi mahi so I used Talapia instead. My whole family, all six members, loved this recipe! The glaze compliments the fish so well!
