Sicilian Lentil Pasta Sauce
Love it! Will make again. I omitted the oil, added only 2 cups water and added a can of cut tomatoes (drained) for more texture. I severed it over Spaghetti Squash, a good pasta alternative.

Sharon's Scrumptious Souvlaki
I haven’t tried the Souvlaki yet but I love the yogurt recipe. I use it on all of the Middle Eastern dishes I make (good with the spices), most recently Eggplant and Lamb Stew. Tasty

So this is what Sofrito, is supposed to taste like. I always wondered why my rice and beans didn’t taste like that of my PR friends. I guess I can get rid of the GOYA. Thanks
