Wow, thank you for helping me make an awesome cheesecake! This was the first one I have ever made, and it set perfectly without cracks. I doubled the crust so I would lots for the sides as well (used 1 1 1/2 cups crumbs, 1/4 cup butter, and 1/4 cup sugar for each batch of crust, as suggested by other reviewers). I greased the whole pan really well, used room temperature ingredients, tried to minimize mixing time, and used a water bath. I didn't have time to let it sit in the oven for 6 hours, but 1 1/2 hours worked well, and after sitting in the fridge overnight, this is the best cheesecake ever!!
