Citrus Turkey Brine

very easy and very good. I let mine sit for 24 hours, the turkey just fell apart after cooking it, gave off alot of juice for gravy, i stuffed my turkey with vegetables when cooking, anything i happen to have in the fridge, i find adding anything citrus in the cavity makes a terrible taste in the juice for gravy.

Quick and Easy Sicilian Meatloaf

oh...my...god...is all i can say, this was amazing, huge hit at my house my son and husband looovvveeddd it....the only change i made was adding dijon mustard instead of regular mustard to the sauce....just a perfect meal on a cold winter night, thank you soo much

Halibut Supreme

I made this exact except i used light mayo instead of regular, i liked it but it did have a strong mayo taste to it. I will make it again but will cut down the amount of mayo in it and probably add a bit of dill or garlic but it was yummy

Dave's Low Country Boil

I'm sorry but i guess i don't get the whole concept, tried it last night, i added shrimp which made it extreamly expensive but if i would have just stuck to crab and corn it would have been better, nobody eats the potatoes and the taste was just well, plain..i added 2 lemons and onion and garlic to the old bay water and i'm sorry, no for me.

I liked it but i think it lacked flavour, we had to add hot sauce to spice it up a bit, i didn't dislike it but with some tweeking, i think i will make it again

you know what, i didn't hate it but it took alot of adding to get it the way we liked it..needs more flavour, i added some grated parmesan cheese to the sauce ..i'll try it again but play with it a little more

i'm sorry but this was the most tastless chicken i have ever made. i followed it to a T and thank goodness i had a yummy side dish or we would have ordered in pizza...won't be making this again

yummy, that's all i can say, i also used sharp cheddar and added peas, i used basmati rice made it in a rice cooker first and i also added onions and alot of garlic instead of powder ...love love love it...thanks for sharing

These are so good, i used sprite instead of mountain dew because i didn't have any, and the were fantastic. These are even better the next day, I also cut the butter in half. Thanks for sharing

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch

Made this last night as it was cold outside and just wanted some comfort food...i am sooo glad i did, it was awsome..i didn't have any garlic for some reason so i just added garlic sale and also added about 1tsp of old bay seasoning just for a little extra...this is a keeper and so easy to make...my family just loved it...i also used pene pasta instead of egg noodles and it was great. thank you for sharing this

Blackened Shrimp Stroganoff

My first taste was ok then it started to taste like mushroom soup on pasta..i still don't really know if i like it or not as i hate anything made with canned soup. My husband seemed to like it so that's why i gave it a 3 and i followed the recipie to a T...so maybe with some personal changes..i don't know..sorry

Fish Chowder

MMMMM...yum..did the similar changes by upping the old bay spice to 1 tsp..felt i could go a little more next time even. i used 1/2 and 1/2 milk instead of evaporated milk. I just don't like the taste of evaporated but 1/2 & 1/2 was perfect, i added carrots and shrimp to the recipie otherwise i left it the same. soooo good. thanks for sharing this.

Fish Tacos

This is a hard one to rate..i liked it, the batter was awsome the sauce was a bit hot for me,ok alot hot for me which took away the flavour so i'm not sure that i got the full taste. They are easy to make and i think i would use different shells next time. if anything else i certainly have a great recipie for fish and chips now.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

My family loved this. The chicken was super moist and full of flavor. I used a half stick of garlic butter, melted it and let the chicken sit in it to absorbe the flavor. I also added a little bit of chayenne pepper to the bread crumbs for a little kick.. other than that everything was the same..awsome
