Zucchini Brownies
I loved this recipe even with my healthy changes! I substituted applesauce for the oil, used about a 1/3 cup less sugar and used whole wheat flour and they turned out amazing! Still super moist and fudge like. My 4 year loved them and still ate them after asking what the green things were. Although I did take the advice of one reviewer which is to almost puree the zucchini. Also I did not make the frosting and still loved them.

Baklava
I made this and followed others' recommendations, specifically increasing the sauce by 50%, and it turned out delicious! I will definitely make this again.

Crispy Rice Candy
I changed the recipe to tailor more to traditional rice crispy treats. I used the same amount of peanuts and white chocolate (which I colored green for St. Patrick's Day) but increased the peanut butter to 1.5 cups, marshmallows to 2.5 cups and rice crispies to about 5 cups. I put the mixture into a large pan to harden and they turned out great!
