About this Cook
I'm a mom of two amazing children. I love to stay active and cook up new healthy things for my family.
My favorite things to cook
I absolutly love to bake. I like to make cookies and cakes. My favorite meals of the day are breakfast and dessert.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I like birthday party's because I can make and decorate the cake. I also love Christmas because of all the traditional food and gatherings.
My cooking triumphs
I would say I can make a killer cake from scratch. I would never buy a can of frosting again. It tastes horrible.
My cooking tragedies
I can't quite get my chocolate chip cookies down like some I've had before. They seem to turn out different almost everytime. They go too flat and crispy.

Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes
I followed this recipe exactly and it turned out amazing!! I haven't been able to find a pumpkin spice recipe that I liked yet, this one is definitely a keeper. I also used fresh nutmeg and that made it that much better.

MMMMM... Brownies
These were great tasting, however I was disappointed that they were more cake like rather than fudge like. If you like a cake like brownie this is the recipe for you!!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
These snicker doodles are aaaammazing!! I will always use this recipe for my snicker doodle cravings!! Stick to the 8 min baking..you don't want to over bake them or they'll turn out to hard. I usually let them cool on the pan for a min or two before transferring to a cooling rack.
