Breakfast Pies
A girlfriend made these for our "girls weekend" and would agree with those who said not to use GRAND size biscuits. Too big, but otherwise super delicious and one recipe I definitely want to make again. They reheat really well for a snack or for kids to warm as an early school day morning breakfast.

Instant Oatmeal Mix
I LOVE this stuff! Like many of you, I take a ziplock bag of oats with this flavoring to work every morning. Quick, easy and much less expensive and no "chemical taste" that I am finding with the store-bought kinds. I did omit the cardamom, and have tried it with freeze dried strawberries, all very yummy options.

Grandma Johnson's Scones
This is awesome! It is also kid-friendly. I made the version of half whole wheat flour, half regular flour (and low fat sour cream) and gave 4 kids each a clump of dough to add whatever they wanted (cinnamon chips, white choc, milk choc, dried fruit, ect) They had a blast mixing in flavors and they turned out delicious! Great healthy afterschool snack!
