Cranberry Orange Loaf
Good flavor, very pretty Christmas-y bread. But I am having trouble with sinking in the middle. I made this twice. The first time I doubled the recipe and made 6 mini loaves. However, they fell in the middle big time- they were little sad sunken things. They tasted great though. Not sure what caused that, unless maybe I took them out too soon to see if they were done, and that caused it?? The second time I made one large loaf and 3 mini loaves. I made sure not to pull them out too soon, and they still fell in the middle, though not as badly. What am I doing wrong??

Cream of Pumpkin Soup
It was OK. I was trying to recreate the pumpkin soup at Au Bon Pain, but this was a little less sweet, more salty. I did like the cinnamon croutons though, they are a keeper, but I think I'll keep looking for another pumpkin soup recipe.

Karen A's Chocolate Dump Cake
YUM! My husband called and sounded like he'd had a rough day so I was looking for something to whip up in a hurry to cheer him up. It worked!! I used Duncan Hines Devils Food Mix as suggested by another reviewer. I also used Nestles Mini Morsels, which I think might have worked better than regular sized chips. Alos, I thought this would be better served warm, but as it turns out, it is best after it is refrigerated and the chocolate hardens on top. WOW. It is a really dense moist cake, almost like a brownie, but better. And very easy! The only thing I gave it 4 stars for is because it is boring LOOKING. I only give 5 stars to recipes that taste and present well.
