I made this recipe a few weeks ago and we all loved it. I used the catchup and the BBQ sauce very sparingly as all of it would have been too strong and bold for us. (I added a little at a time and taste tested it until it was just right for us.) I also put it in my crock pot and let it cook most of the day on low. Mmmm, my house smelled good!

By the way, my husband had a bowl of Brunswick Stew at Smokey Bones the other night. I thought this recipe was just as good, if not better. I think you really have to find the right BBQ sauce that you like to make this recipe really special.
