Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak
This was very good other than I thought the gravy was a bit salty. The patties held together in the slow cooker.

Chicken Pot Pie IX
I added leftover chopped red potatoes, frozen peas and carrots and used a deep dish pie crust for the bottom crust. Even with the deep dish crust I had extra filling. It is a great recipe even though it could be a bit creamier.

Mini Cheesecakes I
Have been making this for years. Good basic recipe. I leave the vanilla wafer whole.
